Starting Salary: $50,000, based on experience

We are hiring an Enrollment Solutions Architect to help drive the operational excellence behind our Group Benefits team. This role is responsible for accurate case builds, organized plan setup, polished enrollment materials, and clean documentation that keeps the team moving and the client experience strong.

What You’ll Do

  • Build accurate new and renewal group setups in Employee Navigator
  • Maintain a clean, organized Plan Library
  • Create polished, client-ready enrollment packets and supporting materials
  • Support implementations, plan changes, eligibility updates, and enrollment changes
  • Validate plan details, system data, and documentation before work moves forward
  • Run reports and fulfill internal enrollment-related requests
  • Maintain organized, compliant digital and physical files
  • Improve templates, workflows, and internal resources over time
  • Catch discrepancies early and resolve or escalate them appropriately

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, enrollment, case setup, or a related operations role
  • Experience with Employee Navigator or a similar benefits administration platform
  • Strong understanding of group benefits enrollment processes and documentation
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, system setup, and document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or employee benefits environment
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, AgencyBloc, and carrier portals
  • Experience creating enrollment guides, packets, or employee-facing benefits materials
  • Experience documenting workflows and improving internal processes

Compensation & Growth
