Role Summary:

As a Junior Data Analyst in the healthcare domain, you will support data-driven improvements in patient care systems, operational workflows, and reporting accuracy across healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare datasets such as patient records, billing data, and operational metrics.
• Support implementation and enhancement of EHR/EMR systems.
• Work with stakeholders to understand clinical and administrative workflows.
• Assist in data mapping, data migration, and validation activities.
• Generate reports on patient outcomes, hospital performance, and compliance metrics.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support regulatory reporting and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Participate in UAT and system testing for healthcare applications.
• Document workflows, use cases, and system requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to understand and interpret healthcare data.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge with healthcare standards (HL7, ICD codes).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to reporting tools or dashboards.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
