ENSA Customer Service Representative

ENSA North America is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.

ENSA provides world-class work-at-height rescue training, support, and rigging services to industries across North America, including Wind Energy, Telecommunications, Industrial Manufacturing, Solar, Water Towers, Bridges, Steel Mills, Pulp & Paper, and more. As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and an integral part of keeping our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, finding answers, and helping customers succeed, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and urgency
• Entering customer orders accurately into Prophet21 (P21)
• Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Training Coordinators to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Monitoring inventory levels and checking product availability for training kit production
• Assisting customers with questions, product information, and order updates
• Troubleshooting order, invoicing, and pick-ticket issues
• Supporting certification and training administration
• Ordering office supplies and company merchandise
• Coordinating building maintenance and service requests
Assisting the Operations Manager with projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry experience
Experience with ERP systems such as Prophet21 is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Mukwonago, Wisconsin headquarters.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
