QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from from Engineering faculties, particularly in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Control, and Automation Technical departments;
• With at least 5 years of professional experience, having worked for at least 3 years in the development and construction of automation control systems in industrial facilities such as natural gas combined cycle power plants, petrochemical/refinery, iron and steel,
• Experienced in DCS/PLC, Instrument and control equipment specification preparation, selection and technical evaluation,
• Knowledge of SLD, C&E, Alarm&Trip, IO List, Electrical main documents etc.
• Selection, calibration, and installation of sensors, transmitters, valves, and analyzers.
• Loop Diagrams & Wiring Schematics: Ability to read, interpret, and create P&IDs, loop diagrams, and termination drawings.
• Knowledge PLC/DCS programming using ladder logic, function block, or structured text.
• Knowledge System Instrumentation Troubleshooting, Diagnosing signal errors, calibration problems, or wiring issues.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Team player,
• Familiar with regulations and legislation,
• Strong research and reporting skills,
• No travel restrictions.
• Knowledgeable about international standards in the field (IEC Ex, ATEX etc.)
• Proficiency in electrical desing, software and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Siemens TIA Portal etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execution, procurement, and monitoring of Instrument and Control system design works in accordance with contract requirements and procedures,
• Reviewing DCS/PLC HMI graphics, I/O lists, control panel diagrams, instrument and control valve technical documents, cable lists, and P&IDs for compliance with technical specifications and process requirements,
• Procurement and installation of industrial communication systems and cybersecurity systems in accordance with standards,
• Electrical diagram prepration and control
• Participation in FAT/SAT,
• Coordinating with suppliers and design firms,
• Providing technical support to field teams during testing and commissioning,
• Ensuring procurement, installation, and commissioning of low-current systems in compliance with technical specifications,
• Participation in activities related to PLC, DCS, systems, etc.,
• Control and inspection of the compliance of instrument and control systems under responsibility with relevant international codes, standards, and specifications,
• Following and implementing Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation.
