 is seeking a Part-time ENT to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions in an FQHC setting
 
 one day/week
 
 .
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform in-office procedures as appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide patient education and follow-up care
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate care with primary providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Document visits in the EHR
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
 </li>
 <li>
 New York State medical license (or eligibility)
 </li>
 <li>
 Outpatient experience preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
