ENT Family Nurse Practitioner 1+years experience

This is a Great opportunity for a Family Nurse practitioner/PA to start in an established ENT practice on the north shore of Long Island in NY. This practice is in the process of expanding and updating. We are looking to hire a forward thinking NP/ PA who is interested in a future career in ENT, Independent time, and great potential for both clinical and financial growth. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000-$165,000.00 /year

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations in the field of otolaryngology.
• Provide direct patient care, including Rhinoscopy, Hemostasis and Cerumen removal, ETC....
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Administer treatments and manage critical care situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies.

Qualifications

• Current FNP-C certification with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Otolaryngology or related fields
• Proficient in patient assessment, catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
• Knowledge of EHR systems, specifically Epic and Athenahealth
• Experience in critical care, gastroenterology, and working with children
• Strong understanding of physiology and patient care principles

Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
