ENT Physician / Specialist / Consultant – Otolaryngology

Location: Royal Bahrain Hospital, Kingdom of Bahrain

Job Summary:

Royal Bahrain Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced ENT Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck using advanced medical and surgical techniques. The hospital provides comprehensive ENT services including diagnosis, evaluation, and surgical treatment of minor and complex ENT disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat ENT disorders and diseases
• Perform ENT surgical procedures (e.g., sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, ear surgery)
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up care
• Manage emergency ENT cases when required
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBBS / MD degree from recognized medical university
• Specialty qualification in ENT (any of the following):
• Arab Board / European Board / UK CCT / American Board / equivalent
• Fellowship or Membership such as MRCS-ENT or equivalent recognized certification
• Completion of specialty certification and postgraduate training in ENT
• Valid or eligible license from NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority – Bahrain)

Experience Requirements:

• Specialist: Minimum 3–5 years experience in ENT specialty
• Consultant: Minimum 5–8+ years experience (preferred)
• Experience in surgical ENT procedures is highly preferred
• Experience in private or tertiary hospital is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training in subspecialties such as:

• Head & Neck Surgery
• Rhinology
• Otology
• Pediatric ENT
