ENT Surgeon

As part of our continued growth and expansion of specialist services, we are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of ENT Surgeon to strengthen our ENT Department.

The desired candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat disorders, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency cases. The role demands a combination of clinical expertise, surgical proficiency, and a patient-focused approach to deliver high-quality ENT care.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnosis, evaluation, and management of ENT-related illnesses and disorders.
• Perform a wide range of ENT surgeries such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, sinus surgeries, tympanoplasties, and other head and neck procedures.
• Provide expert consultations in outpatient clinics and attend to emergency ENT cases.
• Collaborate with other medical and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary case management.
• Participate in inpatient care, including ward rounds, treatment planning, and postoperative management.
• Contribute to the hospital’s NABH quality standards, documentation, and clinical audits.
• Participate in continuous medical education (CME) programs, departmental meetings, and hospital-based academic activities.
• Supervise and guide junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff in the department.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patient interactions and procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety, and ethical medical practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: MS / DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) from a recognized university or institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed multispecialty or tertiary care hospital.
• Clinical Competence: Proven expertise in both surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures with a sound understanding of recent medical advancements in the field.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• High ethical standards and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in clinical situations.
