Enterprise Account Manager – Cloud & Datacenter

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for cloud, storage, backup, and datacenter solutions.
  • Generate leads and manage enterprise and SME accounts across various industries.
  • Promote solutions including public/private cloud, virtualization, backup & disaster recovery, storage, servers, hyperconverged infrastructure, and datacenter services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement analysis sessions.
  • Coordinate with presales and technical teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and GP targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and project status updates.
  • Maintain and update CRM/pipeline reports regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in cloud/datacenter/storage sales within a system integrator or IT solutions company.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms, storage solutions, virtualization, backup, and datacenter technologies.
  • Experience handling enterprise accounts in the UAE market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
