About the Company
Ajaia is a rapidly growing AI consultancy and product studio dedicated to helping organizations move from experimentation to real results. We operate across four core pillars: AI Strategy and Advisory, AI Engineering and Automation, Workforce Training and Enablement, and Custom Product Development.
In addition to client services, Ajaia builds proprietary AI products, copilots, and vertical solutions that solve high-value industry problems. This dual model allows us to translate hands-on implementation experience into scalable products while continuously refining our approach through real-world deployment.
Our operating model combines deep technical execution with practical change management, enabling enterprises to deploy secure, compliant, and high-impact solutions that drive measurable operational value. From executive roadmapping to production-ready systems and workforce upskilling, Ajaia embeds intelligent tools directly into the workflows that matter most.
Mission: Help organizations win the AI moment.
Position Overview
Ajaia's Enterprise AI Strategy Fellow is a 10-week Summer 2026 internship/fellowship for rising juniors and seniors who want to build and test real GTM systems. You will work on lead generation, messaging strategy, market intelligence, and automation with direct accountability to business outcomes.
The role sits in Growth/GTM and partners with the Founder's Office, Strategy, Product, Healthcare, and Enterprise Partnerships. The expectation is simple: think clearly, execute fast, and build systems that keep generating value after the fellowship ends.
Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling.
Primary Responsibilities
At Ajaia, you will work directly on the systems and strategies that drive how organizations discover, evaluate, and adopt AI. This role focuses on building the growth engines that allow Ajaia to reach new organizations, communicate clearly about AI transformation, and convert interest into real partnerships.
You will help design AI powered lead generation systems that identify high potential organizations and reduce the time required to source qualified opportunities. These systems are built to create durable pipeline infrastructure that continues producing value well beyond the fellowship.
You will experiment with persona based outreach strategies and AI assisted messaging that adapts to different industries, roles, and organizational priorities. The goal is to understand how decision makers respond to different narratives around AI adoption and operational transformation.
You will run structured growth experiments across messaging, channels, and outreach strategies while measuring conversion performance and documenting the insights that emerge from these tests.
You will also build reusable GTM automation frameworks that combine research, personalization, and outreach into systems that scale. These frameworks become part of Ajaia’s internal growth infrastructure and help accelerate future market expansion.
A key part of the role involves producing strategic market intelligence that sharpens Ajaia’s positioning in enterprise AI. This may include developing healthcare AI intelligence assets that help senior decision makers understand where AI can create real operational advantage.
Along the way, you will contribute to repeatable authority building systems that translate market signals and industry developments into high quality thought leadership and content.
Strong fellows may also contribute to real client and partnership opportunities, helping translate early market conversations into structured engagements and AI implementation workstreams.
Throughout the process, you will provide clear weekly updates outlining experiments, performance signals, strategic insights, and next steps so that growth initiatives continuously improve.
The goal is to help build the systems, insights, and market positioning that allow Ajaia to reach organizations navigating one of the most important technology shifts of this decade.
