The Enterprise Application Analyst supports the administration, configuration, and optimization of the City’s enterprise business applications to ensure systems operate effectively and meet departmental needs. This position assists with application configuration, user access management, workflow automation, reporting, and vendor coordination to maintain stable and efficient system operations. The Analyst provides application support and training to City staff and collaborates with departments, software vendors, and the ERP Application Administrator to address operational needs, resolve system issues, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and effective use of enterprise technology across the organization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
- 2 years’ experience supporting enterprise or business applications. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems concepts and business processes is preferred.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Power BI, SQL or other related database or enterprise application certifications are desirable.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and drug screen.
