Enterprise Applications Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ERP Expert to oversee the ongoing operations of the ERP ecosystem, and to lead the upgrade from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, along with solid experience in managing business stakeholders, vendor relationships, and daily support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Oracle Fusion Upgrade Leadership

  • Lead the full upgrade lifecycle from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Develop migration roadmaps, gap analyses, and transition strategies.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
  • Ensure minimal business disruption during cutover and go-live.

2- ERP Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day ERP system operations with focus on performance and data integrity.
  • Monitor performance, handle incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Enforce governance, access control, and policy compliance.

3- Vendor and Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the main contact with Oracle and implementation partners.
  • Manage SLAs, contracts, and service delivery performance.
  • Evaluate and onboard necessary third-party tools or add-ons.

4- Business Demand & Stakeholder Management

  • Gather and assess business requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Lead change request evaluations and manage the ERP enhancement backlog.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and ERP best practices.

5- Team & Documentation Leadership

  • Guide ERP support and development teams.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certification in Oracle ERP is a plus (e.g., Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist).
  • PMP or ITIL certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years in ERP environments.
  • 5+ years with Oracle EBS and 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven track record in leading ERP upgrades, especially from EBS to Fusion.
  • Hands-on in ERP operations and post-go-live support.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners.
  • Familiarity with Finance, SCM, HCM, and Procurement modules.
  • Exposure to data migration, OIC integrations, and BI/reporting tools.
