What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Researching information system solutions and new technologies that meet the organization's business needs, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes

• Implementing works compliant with policies, procedures, and standards related to IT Process Management

• Managing SAP PP - Production Planning Module, Weighbridge Processes and SAP Related applications for which responsible

• Deep functional expertise and project leadership experience in SAP PP modules, End-to-end process design, customization, and go-live management

• To provide support for Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Rough Cut Capacity Planning processes designed using the So99+ application

• Knowledge and experience in SAP PM - Plant Maintenance, QM - Quality Management modules.

• Experience in integrating production systems and SAP systems. Designing, managing, and improving the integration of production systems with SAP

• Being knowledgeable about the applications and business processes that one is responsible for/supporting, identifying digital transformation opportunities in processes, and developing solutions to improve efficiency

• Identifying business needs and expectations, conducting process analysis studies.

• Managing IT projects and requests, providing support to colleagues in team efforts

• Providing necessary training on applications used within information technologies

• Performing necessary tasks related to time planning, budget, risk and supplier management, progress payment management for managed projects and requests

• Introducing and informing both existing applications and emerging technologies to employees, making solution recommendations according to their requirements, providing consultancy

• Designing, developing, and providing solutions for the necessary environments for resolving IT problems of the organization's employees, ensuring compliance with defined service levels in business plans/priorities

• She/he will work in the Information Technologies department

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• Bachelors degree from engineering faculties (Industrial Engineering or equivalent undergraduate/postgraduate degree)

• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience related to the job description

• Advanced level of written/verbal English proficiency

• Being inclined towards teamwork

• Paying attention to details, being results-oriented, proactive, and capable of analytical thinking

• Excellent time and project management skills,
