Enterprise Architect (AI & Banking Domain)

The Role
We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise-wide IT architecture, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will align business strategy with technology, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative architectures that leverage AI to drive business value. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture - Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps. AI Integration - Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and integration with enterprise systems. Banking Domain - Leverage deep understanding of banking processes, regulations, and technologies to architect solutions that meet industry-specific needs. Technology Strategy - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance enterprise capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure architecture supports business objectives and innovation. Governance & Compliance - Ensure architectures adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance standards, especially in the banking sector. • Design thinking, which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big picture view that shows between business intention and business action • Understanding of how markets influence business, what are the differentiating factors, what and how value is created • Soft skills, knowledge of business, systems thinking, change management techniques, awareness in business changes in the economic environment and technology’ • Sound understanding of business principles and concepts • Breadth of knowledge across all aspects of architecture design, delivery, operations and evolution • Knowledge of architecture best practices across the different architecture capabilities • Thorough knowledge of banking IT systems and applications • Business transformation and alternative delivery methods • Significant experience in translating the business needs in IT systems and operations • Understanding of technology strategy, development lifecycle and alternative delivery methods • Strong knowledge of Product / service Development, Project and Program management methodologies • Strong acumen in customer experience and relationship management • Problem solving abilities including analytical and design thinking, creativity, pattern recognition, problem resolution, logical & holistic thinking, and decision making • Effective communication abilities including convincing, influencing, teaching, negotiating skills, leadership, bridge building and being political astute, and presentation creation and delivery • Execution Excellence in planning & organizing, time management, process orientation, quality & cost, and ability to work independently

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience • 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture. Proven experience in AI/ML and banking/financial services is highly desirable. • 10+ years of overall experience including architecture design, application development or project management • 5+ years of experience in architecture practice Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), cloud platforms, data architecture, AI/ML technologies, and banking systems. AI/ML Expertise • Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, data science platforms, and integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems. Certifications • Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, AI/ML, etc.) are a plus. Soft Skills • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
