About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect / Data Integration Lead to help transform how organizations leverage data for decision-making. This role will unify data across multiple enterprise functions, Finance, Human Capital , IT , and Physical Security, to enable AI-driven insights and conversational access to enterprise data.The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, working directly with stakeholders to understand how data is used today and designing the data foundation required for AI-powered decision support.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify improvement opportunities
- Engage with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Security to understand data usage, reporting, and key decision drivers
- Support development of enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
- Lead data discovery efforts to identify systems, data sources, and gaps across the enterprise
- Define and standardize enterprise data definitions and key performance metrics
- Design and support implementation of data pipelines integrating multiple systems (ERP, HRIS, financial, security, etc.)
- Develop a unified data model to support AI and analytics use cases
- Partner with technical teams to ensure data is structured for AI applications, including natural language querying
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, project managers, and technology teams to ensure architecture reflects real operational needs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data strategy
- Experience integrating data across multiple business domains (e.g., finance, HR, IT)
- Strong Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) concepts and documentation
- Understanding of information architecture
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data platforms
- Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions
- Experience supporting analytics or AI/ML initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in federal or highly regulated environments
- Enterprise Architect with strong business analysis background
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure
- Exposure to Generative AI or conversational data interfaces

Pay: $150,000.00 - $163,000.00 per year
