Job Summary:
We are looking Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect who will design and deliver comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives and organizational strategy. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures while leading teams to execute and optimize implementations.
Role Requirements:
- Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational strategy.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and business analysis to understand complex requirements and objectives.
- Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to architecture governance and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments of existing systems and recommend optimization strategies.
- Design migration strategies for legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Implement security, performance, and scalability considerations throughout the architecture.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on architectural decisions and technical excellence.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and selection processes for technology solutions.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions current and competitive.
- Develop cost optimization strategies and provide financial impact analysis for solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation of architectural decisions and patterns.
Required skills:
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs (REST, GraphQL), and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns, message brokers, and asynchronous communication.
- Knowledge of relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
- Understanding of data warehouse and analytics platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring solutions.
- Strong expertise in security architecture including identity management (IAM, OAuth, SAML), encryption, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Experience with API gateway patterns, load balancing, and caching strategies.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and their implications on architecture.
- Experience with technology assessment frameworks and maturity models.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience creating architectural documentation (C4 model, UML, architecture decision records).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) and their applications.
- Experience in cost optimization and financial modeling for cloud solutions.

Role Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 10+ years of software development and architecture experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of solutions architecture and enterprise design experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing scalable systems for enterprise clients with complex requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple technology domains (backend, frontend, databases, infrastructure).
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
