Role Overview
The Enterprise Architecture Lead is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for:
- Defining solution architecture across all engagements
- Leading pre-sales and solution design for US and KSA markets
- Establishing architecture standards and governance
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology, and compliance
This role sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and governance, and is critical to Jade’s growth into high-value enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise solutions
- Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures
- Develop reference architectures and reusable frameworks
- Ensure alignment with cloud, cybersecurity, and AI best practices
2. Pre-Sales & Deal Support
- Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and bids
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in client discussions (US & KSA markets)
- Support RFP responses and technical documentation
3. Architecture Governance
- Establish and enforce architecture standards
- Conduct solution reviews and approvals
- Ensure compliance with global frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
- Drive best practices across projects
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Sales & Account teams
- Delivery & Service Operations
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- Ensure seamless transition from design to execution
5. Technology Leadership
- Guide technology decisions across:
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cybersecurity & Zero Trust
- Enterprise systems & integrations
- Smart infrastructure & IoT (where applicable)
6. Capability Development
- Mentor technical teams
- Support hiring and capability building
- Contribute to internal knowledge and frameworks
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8–12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or senior technical roles
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-grade projects
- Exposure to international or regulated environments preferred
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Cybersecurity architecture
- Network & infrastructure design
- Enterprise systems integration
- API and microservices architecture
Governance & Compliance (Highly Preferred)
- Familiarity with:
- ISO 27001
- NIST frameworks
- SOC 2
- Security and compliance best practices
Pre-Sales Experience
- Experience in:
- Client-facing roles
- Proposal development
- Solution presentations
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with enterprise stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Leadership and mentoring capability
Preferred Certifications
- AWS / Azure Solutions Architect
- TOGAF (or equivalent architecture framework)
- ISO 27001 (Lead Implementer or Auditor)
- Security certifications (e.g., Security+)
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Establish architecture standards across Jade
- Successfully support US/KSA deal acquisition
- Improve proposal win rate through strong solutioning
- Enable delivery teams with structured architecture guidance
- Contribute to at least 2–3 high-value engagements
