Enterprise Business Analyst

Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions/Duties:

• Support internal end-users on the use of Roskam’s enterprise reporting systems
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures using ETL/ELT processes, integrating a variety of data sources into a coherent data warehouse or data lake, employing tools and languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, and C#
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and areas for improvement in data processing and storage, to enhance data quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with teams to maintain, improve, and secure robust data storage solutions on premises and in cloud platforms.
• Participate in initiatives to implement data governance, quality standards, and data lifecycle management practices, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making and optimizing data systems for performance and scalability.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and users/stakeholders
• Participate in an on-call rotation in a 24x7x365 work environment (approximately 1 week on/7-8 weeks off)
