Enterprise Content Management Consultant

Position

OpenText ECM Consultant - 6-month contract, extendable.

Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 1-2 weeks of notice.

Required Experience

• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands on experience with:
  • OpenText xECM v25.3
  • OpenText Content Server
  • Archive Center
  • OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• Experience integrating OpenText xECM with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Strong hands on experience with OpenText Business Workspaces configuration and customization:
  • Design and configure business workspaces for structured business processes (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customer/Finance Workspaces etc.).
  • Experience in modeling workspace templates, folders, metadata, classifications, and lifecycle states.
  • Configure role based access control, permissions, and security within business workspaces.
• Experience with:
  • MS Outlook and Teams integrations.
  • Design and development of OpenText Workflows for business process automation.
  • Development and maintenance of WebReports for custom UI extensions and automation.
  • Development of LiveReports using SQL for operational, audit and compliance reporting.
  • OpenText ECM installations, configurations, upgrades, and environment tuning.
