We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement in Al Khobar, KSA

Job Details:

Role: OpenText ECM Consultant

Employment Type: 6 months & extendable contract, outsourced

Work Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 1-2 weeks of notice

Required Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:

OpenText xECM v25.3

OpenText Content Server

Archive Center

OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)

• Experience integrating OpenText xECM with:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Business Workspaces configuration and customization

Design and configure business workspaces for structured business processes (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customer/Finance Workspaces etc.,)

Experience in modeling workspace templates, folders, metadata, classifications, and lifecycle states

Configure role-based access control, permissions, and security within business workspaces

• Experience with MS Outlook and Teams integrations
• Design and development of OpenText Workflows for business process automation
• Development and maintenance of WebReports for custom UI extensions and automation
• Development of LiveReports using SQL for operational, audit, and compliance reporting
• Experience with OpenText ECM installations/configurations, upgrades, and environment tuning.
