At Affinity Consulting Group we help law firms transform:

  • Their business through tailored strategic consulting and implementation services.
  • Their work with new or improved technology, systems, and processes.
  • Their team by training on essential business tools and skills.

Are you our next Enterprise Project Manager?

You’ve led software implementation projects before—coordinating moving parts, juggling timelines, and keeping projects on track even when change feels hard. You’ve worked with internal teams and external stakeholders, mapped plans to outcomes, and made sure no detail falls through the cracks.

You know how to balance structure with flexibility. You can manage scope, spot risk early, and create the kind of structure that helps projects move forward clearly and confidently. Whether you’re following up for client deliverables, leading a status meeting, flagging resourcing concerns, or facilitating a change order with the revenue operations team, you keep things steady and solutions-focused.

At Affinity Consulting, we’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Consulting Team and coordinate the delivery of complex software implementations for large law firms and corporate legal departments—particularly document management systems like NetDocuments. You’ll work alongside Project Leads, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to turn plans into executed outcomes and help every project move from kickoff to completion with clarity, calm, and collaboration.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Support enterprise-scale software rollouts for major legal teams
  • Bring structure and momentum to fast-paced, high-impact projects
  • Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every phase of implementation
  • Learn and grow within a strong, mission-driven consulting team

If you’re ready to stop keeping up with change and start leading it, this might be your next big move.

What you would do, (unofficially).

You’ll be the person who makes sure everything stays on track—even when things shift. You’ll take big-picture client goals and break them into clear milestones, tasks, and timelines. You’ll coordinate with consultants, developers, and clients to make sure the right work is happening at the right time. You’ll flag risks before they become issues, run smooth client meetings, and ensure that every step of the project—from discovery to go-live—feels thoughtful, organized, and under control.

What you would do, (officially).

As a Project Manager on Affinity’s Enterprise Team, you’ll:

  • Coordinate internal and external teams through complex software rollouts
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables—keeping everything moving
  • Support communication across client and internal stakeholders
  • Flag scope changes, resourcing issues, or risks proactively
  • Help the Project Lead translate strategy into action
  • Contribute to process improvement and project delivery best practices

What we're looking for.

  • 3+ years of experience managing software implementation projects
  • Experience working with legal clients, tech teams, or both
  • Familiarity with NetDocuments or other legal DMS platforms (preferred)
  • Strong project planning, task tracking, and documentation skills
  • Confidence running client meetings and facilitating effective collaboration
  • Ability to identify and manage risk across timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Clear, organized communication style and a collaborative mindset
  • A sense of ownership and calm in the face of shifting priorities

Bonus points if you bring:

  • PMP certification (or are working toward it)
  • Experience implementing or managing NetDocuments
  • Experience with change management or adoption strategy
  • Prior experience in legal tech consulting or at a law firm or corporate legal department
