Job Title: ERP Applications Consultant IV

Job Location: Biddeford, ME

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a skilled ERP Applications Consultant to lead and manage our full suite of enterprise applications, including Banner 9, Ethos, Data Connect, and integrated SaaS solutions. You’ll oversee a team of 4+ staff, guide integrations across 45+ applications, drive technical outcomes, and support higher education operations.

Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, maintaining and supporting Ellucian Products and systems for Higher Education (college/university) clients; and gaining and keeping client trust.

The ERP Application Consultant provides analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives and works with them to meet those objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP strategy, implementation, and integrations
  • Manage Banner environment , reporting, and SaaS initiatives
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across academic and administrative areas
  • Drive continuous process and technology improvements

Qualifications:

  • Proven ERP consulting and implementation experience (preferably Banner)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of higher education systems and processes
  • Experience with SaaS integrations and enterprise applications


UPDATE/ Notes:

  • Overall need is for an ERP Consultant IV- they will likely refer to themselves as Director of Enterprise Applications- they will be in charge of entire suite- Banner experience, Ethos integration, reporting and supporting gather contracted applications university supports.
  • They are moving towards SAAS - will be responsible for supporting this project
  • Will oversee 4 full time staff onsite as well as guiding and getting support from rest of CTS team- they are responsible for updates, integration and overall support
  • Must be familiar with Banner (they use Banner 9 and Banner 9 self service, experience, insights, ethos and data connect) and have good understanding of higher education
  • Must be comfortable with driving the technical outcomes and needs of the SAAS project- one of the bigger parts will be the development of all the integrations between Banner and all other applications- there are about 45 apps in all that this integration will interact with – they will be involved in the development effort and guide team towards requested outcomes
  • Needs to be a good leader, able to mentor, not just tell employees what to do.


Onsite role- hours are typically 9-5/ 8-4/ 7-3(flexible with hours if expectations are being met)- office location is in Portland, ME but they will travel to Biddeford, ME with regularity as well- about 25 minutes away from Portland office - ( 2 days work from home based on job performance, 3 days onsite)


Interview: onsite interview but would be receptive to video interviews. ( Would like to start interviewing 1st week of December)
