Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Projects Manager located in 6th of October. The ERP Projects Manager will manage and oversee ERP system implementations, ensuring project plans are executed effectively within scope, timeline, and budget. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing client requirements, configuring systems to meet business needs, training users, and resolving any implementation challenges. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide teams toward successful project completion.


Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are strongly valued:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) — most relevant
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
• CMMI Associate or equivalent process certification
Experience

• 3–6 years of project management experience in software implementation, SaaS, or ERP environments.
• Proven, hands-on track record delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and client-facing delivery engagements simultaneously.
• Prior experience working in or with structured process environments (CMMI, ISO, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of ERP domains — Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Project Management modules — is highly desirable.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Technical & Process Knowledge

• Strong command of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from both a delivery and process perspective.
• Working knowledge of CMMI Level 2 process areas — particularly Project Planning, Project Monitoring & Control, and Requirements Management.
• Familiarity with risk management, change control, and issue escalation frameworks.
• Ability to define, track, and report on project KPIs and delivery performance metrics.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office Suite).
Soft Skills

• Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes, not just activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to produce clear status reports, executive summaries, and client-facing documents.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Decisive and structured problem-solver; able to assess situations quickly and drive resolution.
