Job Summary:

Oversees and operates the organization’s ERP system, providing first-line support and ensuring efficient functionality across departments to maintain smooth and uninterrupted business processes.

Key responsibilities :

[ERP System Operation and Maintenance]

- Operation and maintenance of the Canias ERP system

- ERP server and database management (backup/recovery, user permissions, monitoring, etc.)

- System performance monitoring and troubleshooting

- System upgrades and patch application

- ERP-related log analysis and technical support

- Operational tasks for each financial/cost area

[User and Permission Management]

- ERP user permissions and account management

- ERP user support and troubleshooting

[System Integration and Technical Support]

- Interface operation between ERP and other systems

- Batch job management

- Technical support and development consultation for ERP projects
