About the Role
We are hiring an
Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR)
to help build Pyxos’ sales pipeline across
large and mid-sized organizations in Saudi Arabia
.
This role focuses on
outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with decision makers
including CIOs, CISOs, Legal leaders, Compliance teams, and Data Protection Officers.
The ideal candidate has experience as an
SDR or Business Development Representative in enterprise SaaS
, preferably selling
compliance, cybersecurity, governance, or privacy software
in the Saudi market.
Target Customer Profile
In this role you will engage with
large and mid-sized organizations in Saudi Arabia
, including:

Mid-sized and large organizations operating in the Kingdom

Regulated sectors such as
financial services, telecom, healthcare, and government
-
Stakeholders such as
CIOs, CISOs, Legal Leaders, Compliance Officers, and Data Protection Officers
Candidates who have previously sold into
Saudi enterprises or government organizations
will be strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do

Identify and research
large and mid-sized organizations across Saudi Arabia
-
Conduct
outbound prospecting
via LinkedIn, email, and phone
-
Engage
senior decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders
-
Qualify prospects and generate
high-quality sales opportunities
-
Schedule
product demos and discovery meetings
for the sales team
-
Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect data in the CRM
-
Collaborate with marketing on
account targeting and outreach campaigns
-
Consistently achieve
pipeline and meeting generation targets
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6 months at Pyxos you will:

Build a pipeline of
qualified opportunities with large and mid-sized organizations

Consistently book
qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations

Develop relationships with
privacy, legal, and technology decision makers

Become highly knowledgeable about
PDPL and privacy compliance challenges in Saudi Arabia
Required Experience
-
2–5 years experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Development Representative
-
Experience selling
enterprise SaaS or software solutions in Saudi Arabia
-
Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
-
Experience engaging
enterprise decision-makers
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Fluent English required;
Arabic strongly preferred
Preferred Background

Experience selling
compliance, cybersecurity, governance, or privacy software
-
Experience selling to
regulated industries
(finance, telecom, government, healthcare)
-
Familiarity with
PDPL, privacy compliance, or GRC platforms
-
Experience using
Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked as an
SDR or BDR at an enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance software company operating in Saudi Arabia
