The Role
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and process improvement. They will be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient sales processes for the HRMS software solution. The role involves strategic sales development, effective communication, and collaboration across teams to ensure client needs are met and goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth and Profitability •Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure revenue and profitability growth. •Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation, engagement, and client acquisition. •Manage the sales process from lead qualification through to closure, maintaining a focus on pipeline growth and revenue projections. •Coordinate with the lead generation company to ensure a steady flow of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and conduct research on companies and contacts for effective targeting. 2. Client Management •Engage in strategic client nurturing to support their HR journey, aligning gulfHR’s HRMS solutions with client KPIs and objectives. •Conduct business-oriented demos alongside the technical and product team to showcase solution benefits. •Develop customized solutions and commercial proposals, leading client calls to explain proposals, resolve queries, and move clients toward closure. •Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract finalization and handover. 3. Sales Process and Documentation •Track and document sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring account information is current and accurate. •Collaborate with marketing to foster a strong lead pipeline and work with operations to guarantee service delivery aligns with client expectations. •Prepare comprehensive proposals, RFPs, and RFIs tailored to client requirements. 4. Internal Process Improvement and Team Engagement •Review and improve sales processes to maximize team efficiency and ensure high standards in security, data protection, and disaster recovery. •Actively participate in team training and recommend areas for continuous improvement. •Work closely with team members to foster engagement, learning, and ongoing professional development. 5. Contracting and Handover •Manage contract creation, negotiation, and handover to ensure seamless transition to implementation teams. •Conduct regular reviews on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred. •3-5 years of sales experience in the MEA region, ideally within the HR, payroll, or financial software sector. •Proven track record in business development, client negotiation, and sales execution. •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. •Critical thinker, results-driven, and a team player with strong leadership skills
