Enterprise Sales Manager – Microsoft Solutions

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing technology company seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth in the KSA market. This role focuses on generating and closing high-value enterprise projects while positioning Microsoft-based solutions as strategic business enablers for organizations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise B2B technology sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate USD 1M+ in qualified leads and closed projects annually
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Sell and position Microsoft-based solutions including:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Microsoft 365
  • Dynamics 365
  • Power Platform
  • SharePoint & Modern Workplace Solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within UAE government, banking, enterprise, and corporate sectors
  • Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or IT services
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft-based solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed high-value sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
