Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales.
This is an individual contributor role where you will own the complete sales lifecycle — from strategic prospecting to enterprise deal closure — with primary responsibility for driving adoption of WeAddo OS across priority accounts.
While the initial focus will be on healthcare enterprises, the role requires flexibility to explore and open opportunities across additional industries as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Prospecting & Account Development

Identify and target high-value enterprise accounts.

Map key stakeholders and decision-makers across business and technology functions.

Build and execute structured outreach strategies.
2. Consultative & Solution-Led Selling

Conduct discovery discussions to understand operational, marketing, and digital challenges.

Position WeAddo OS as a strategic growth enabler aligned to business KPIs.

Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and ROI-driven proposals.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop account-specific sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on GTM initiatives.

Build long-term enterprise relationships.
4. Pipeline & Revenue Management

Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.

Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and negotiations.

Close enterprise deals aligned with long-term partnership vision.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions.

Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Support account expansion and upsell opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales.

Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and consultative selling.

Exposure to healthcare enterprise ecosystem and understanding of hospital/digital workflows.

Ability to engage CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Proven track record of quota achievement.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS, automation, CX platforms, or digital transformation solutions.

Experience working across healthcare and other enterprise verticals.

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business (preferred but not mandatory).
