The Role
This is a true hunter role.
You will be responsible for:

Breaking into new pharmaceutical accounts
-
Building relationships with medical affairs, MSL leadership, field reimbursement and market access teams

Closing enterprise-level deals ($100K–$300K+)
-
Driving net new revenue, not managing existing accounts

Who We’re Looking For
You:

Have sold into pharmaceutical or biotech companies (non-negotiable)
-
Have a track record of closing new business (not just managing accounts)
-
Have personally closed $1M+ in annual revenue

Know how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
-
Can get meetings, build trust, and close deals without hand-holding
Bonus if you:

Have relationships in field reimbursement, medical affairs or MSL leadership

Have sold SaaS, training, or consulting solutions

Understand where AI is going in pharma
Who This Is NOT For

Account managers who rely on inbound leads

People who have “supported” deals but never owned them

Key Responsibilities
-
Own and drive new business development across pharmaceutical and biotech companies
-
Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals (training, certification, and AI solutions)

Build relationships with key stakeholders including:
-
Medical Affairs Leaders
-
MSL Leadership
-
Commercial, Field Reimbursement & Market Access Teams

HR / Learning & Development
-
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → solutioning → closing

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
-
Direct experience selling into pharmaceutical or biotech companies
-
Proven track record of closing new business (hunter mentality)
-
Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
-
Strong network within life sciences / pharma organizations
-
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Location
- Hybrid (3x/week in ACMA Headquarters (Oradell, NJ) and 2x/week Work From Home (Remote)
