What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and extend modules of Service Now for both customer facing and employee facing portals, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs.
Lead the design and development of server-side and client-side scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog items.
Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with platform best practices.
Develop integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ERP, Certinia, monitoring tools, cloud platforms).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on ServiceNow coding standards and delivery practices.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain platform governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring stability and compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for ServiceNow delivery.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead developer role.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS).
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
Experience building custom applications on ServiceNow App Engine.
Familiarity with platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog-driven development.
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus Certified Application Developer (CAD)
