We are seeking a highly skilled Entertainment Production Manager (Technology) to oversee the on-site installation and delivery of all technical entertainment systems for a major live event. This role focuses on managing the successful integration of Audio, Video, Lighting, and related technical departments, ensuring that all systems are installed, tested, and operated to world-class standards.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex entertainment technology deployments in high-profile events and excels at coordinating multiple vendors, departments, and schedules in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the onsite installation, setup, and delivery of all entertainment technology systems (Audio, Video, Lighting, and related disciplines).
  • Manage day-to-day onsite operations, including scheduling, contractor supervision, and access management.
  • Ensure all installations meet design specifications, technical requirements, and safety standards.
  • Liaise between technical vendors, production management, creative teams, and venue representatives to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Track progress and maintain daily reports, issue logs, and coordination notes.
  • Anticipate and resolve technical or logistical challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and show-readiness of all systems in coordination with department heads.
  • Uphold the highest HSE and quality standards throughout all technical activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in technical production or entertainment technology management for large-scale events, concerts, or theatrical productions.
  • Proven success managing onsite installation teams and coordinating Audio, Video, and Lighting vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of technical production workflows, safety compliance, and event infrastructure.
  • Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings, system layouts, and rigging plots.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at working across multiple disciplines and nationalities.
  • Experience in international or Middle Eastern event markets preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED8,250.00 per week
