Entertainment, Property & Real Estate Analyst (SMP)

Job Purpose

Implement and manage efforts to increase revenue from logistics, cargo, and real estate, enhance passenger experiences with innovative entertainment options, and ensure strategic alignment and compliance in all commercial and developmental activities through detailed analysis, coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Position Accountability Description Data Analysis and Reporting

1. Collect and analyze data on non-aero commercial agreements, such as real estate leasing and property development, preparing performance assessment reports.
2. Gather data on price levels for Entertainment, Property & Real Estate Development activities, assisting in the preparation of comparison reports to ensure compliance with national regulations and competitor analysis.
3. Assist in data collection and analysis using forecasting and modeling tools to determine commercial opportunities and potential returns.
4. Track and report on project progress and financial performance, identifying potential diversification opportunities within the real estate portfolio.

Commercial and Real Estate Development

1. Assist in identifying opportunities for revenue generation from logistics developments and compile relevant data and reports.
2. Gather and compile necessary information for the development and updating of the Commercial Division's.
3. Support in gathering data and drafting components of the strategic real estate plan to optimize commercial revenues through efficient and safe airport land development.
4. Assist in identifying and analyzing potential sustainable real estate opportunities, considering passenger demand, financial aspects, and existing infrastructure.

Coordination and Communication

1. Facilitate communication and coordination efforts with GACA and Saudi Arabian Venture Capital (SVC), supporting collaborative initiatives to position DACO as a key partner in special economic zone development.
2. Facilitate discussions and gather necessary documentation to validate proposed new commercial opportunities, ensuring compliance with operational, legal, and safety requirements.
3. Support in coordinating with leading entertainment companies and service providers, assisting in the negotiation and partnership formation process to align with DACO's strategic goals.

Project and Partnership Support

1. Assist in preparing budget reports and gathering data for business plan development, ensuring contributions align with DACO's business plan and strategic objectives.
2. Assist in drafting and organizing Property & Real Estate Team Plans for inclusion in the commercial development strategy.
3. Facilitate communication and coordination with developers and investors, supporting the tendering and selection process to form partnerships for maximum commercial value.
4. Collect and analyze data on market trends and customer preferences, supporting updates and expansions of the airport's entertainment offerings to stay competitive and meet evolving passenger expectations.

Operational Support and Documentation

1. Support in drafting and organizing Property & Real Estate Team Plans for inclusion in the commercial development strategy.
2. Facilitate the collection and dissemination of information on industry trends and real estate best practices, supporting continuous knowledge-sharing and benchmarking activities.
3. Assist in planning and coordinating strategic entertainment initiatives to enhance passenger experience and increase airport revenue, including innovative leisure activities and cultural events.

Team Collaboration and Support

1. Work collaboratively with team members by sharing knowledge, providing support, and participating in team activities to foster a positive work environment.
2. Contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs to monitor individual and team performance.
