Entertainment Resort Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Resort Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of entertainment and guest experience activities within a resort environment. The role is hands-on and operational, ensuring smooth execution, high service standards, safety compliance, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily entertainment operations (activities, shows, attractions, events)
  • Manage and support entertainment staff, including scheduling and on-ground supervision
  • Ensure all activities follow safety, HSE, and operational procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with Operations, Security, Maintenance, and Guest Services teams
  • Support special events, seasonal programs, and peak-period operations
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and report operational issues to management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, hospitality, resort, or leisure operations
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role
  • Strong guest service and people management skills
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Experience in resorts, theme parks, entertainment venues, or family entertainment centers preferred
