Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Entertainment Resort Supervisor
to oversee the daily operations of entertainment and guest experience activities within a resort environment. The role is hands-on and operational, ensuring smooth execution, high service standards, safety compliance, and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily entertainment operations (activities, shows, attractions, events)

Manage and support entertainment staff, including scheduling and on-ground supervision

Ensure all activities follow safety, HSE, and operational procedures

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally

Coordinate with Operations, Security, Maintenance, and Guest Services teams

Support special events, seasonal programs, and peak-period operations

Monitor performance, attendance, and report operational issues to management
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in entertainment, hospitality, resort, or leisure operations

Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role

Strong guest service and people management skills

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Experience in resorts, theme parks, entertainment venues, or family entertainment centers preferred
