Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, clinically strong, and growth-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to support providers and patients in a wellness-focused, integrative care environment. This is a full-time opportunity (32–40 hours per week) for an RN who thrives in collaborative settings, values patient education, and is excited to grow with an expanding clinic.

The RN will play a key role in clinical care delivery, patient education, care coordination, and operational support across weight loss, primary care, and hormone therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, vitals, and clinical screenings
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
• Support hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management programs, and primary care services
• Provide patient education related to treatment plans, medications, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and wellness goals
• Collaborate closely with providers to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
• Accurately document all clinical encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Assist with care coordination, referrals, follow-ups, and patient communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Support clinic operations, including inventory management and quality improvement efforts
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, clinical safety standards, and nursing best practices
• Serve as a trusted clinical presence for patients, offering empathy, professionalism, and reassurance

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland (Required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an outpatient, primary care, or wellness-related setting (Preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Experience with EMR systems
• Interest in preventive, holistic, and patient-centered healthcare
• Ability to travel between Parkville and Pikesville clinic locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in weight management, hormone therapy, primary care, or wellness clinics
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Background in private practice or integrative healthcare settings
• Interest in leadership growth or expanded clinical responsibility over time
