Entire Site Supervisor

Job Overview
An Entire Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all departments at Elevated Sportz, including Cafe, Reservations, Amusements, and Events. This role ensures staff are delivering exceptional customer service while following company policies, safety standards, and Elevated Sportz core values.

An Entire Site Supervisor leads by example, supports all operational areas of the facility, and ensures staff are trained, supported, and performing to expectations. This position works closely with other Supervisors and Management to maintain efficient operations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to staff supervision, customer service, operational oversight, training, safety enforcement, and facility support.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Leadership & Core Values

Customer Service

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
• Maintain an approachable presence with positive body language and attentiveness
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
• Answer customer questions regarding facility activities, reservations, food services, and events
• Provide facility tours when requested
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service issues quickly
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding toward both guests and coworkers
• Ensure smooth guest traffic flow in lobby and common areas
• Identify opportunities to upsell events, food, and facility offerings

Team Management

• Lead, train, and develop staff across all departments
• Ensure staff provide friendly and professional guest interactions
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed
• Document performance issues and assist with employee discipline when necessary
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees and ensure understanding of company policies
• Ensure proper shift coverage when staff call out
• Maintain strong communication between departments
• Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations when required

Work Requirements

• Wear work-appropriate clothing and maintain professional appearance
• High level of physical activity
• Work several hours on feet during shifts
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours when required
• Ability to open and close the facility independently
• Ability to be on-call for urgent staffing or operational needs, including evenings and weekends

ENTIRE SITE

The Entire Site Supervisor must understand and assist with operational duties across all departments including:

Reservations

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process ticket sales and event bookings
• Enter customer data accurately into the POS system
• Communicate event details and special requests
• Assist guests with check-in procedures
• Maintain organized reservation records

Party Hosting

• Ensure party hosts properly manage scheduled events
• Assist with party check-ins when needed
• Ensure party rooms are properly set up and cleaned
• Support staff in food service and event coordination
• Monitor event timing and guest satisfaction

Cafe

• Enforce all health department regulations and food safety guidelines
• Assist with front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Support preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Ensure staff are following sanitation and food handling procedures
• Assist with espresso drink preparation when necessary
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and cleanliness
• Support food preparation using ovens, grills, and other equipment

Amusement

• Ensure staff enforce safety rules with guests
• Maintain safe operations throughout all attractions
• Ensure staff remain attentive and proactive in monitoring activities
• Assist with maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout the facility

Behavioral Requirements

At all times, the Amusement Supervisor will be obliged to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes perplexed responsibilities, challenges and deadlines. The team member shall at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, customers, and supervisors.

Mental and Physical Abilities

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear, or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include short or long-sighted vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
