What we expect from you:

• Own end-to-end strategic initiatives: from problem definition to execution, measurement, and iteration across multiple business verticals
• Work closely with different teams such as the Founding Team, Business Development, Marketing, Product, BI, Operations, and Customer Support
• Establish or restructure current processes/SOPs and workflows by adapting best practices
• Build analytical models and synthesize insights (unit economics, forecasting, funnels) to shape strategic decisions
• Use research and other methods to uncover key insights about our customers and competitors
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing and Business teams to ensure high-impact projects land on time
• Work on projects involving either new products/services tracks, segments, new markets, or partnerships, this involves working with internal resources or third parties
• Develop solid and strategic solution plans for business problems to enable growth
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business, management, economics, or finance-related fields
• At least 2 to 3 years in top-tier management consulting
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled business is a plus
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets required)
• Exceptional written communication and problem-structuring ability
• Strong sense of ownership and truly care about projects that are entrusted to you
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt fast
• Data-driven decision-making mentality & business judgment through analytical thinking
• High velocity and bias for action
