As an Entrepreneurial Development Trainee, you will begin your journey at Exponential Quest in a hands-on environment, mastering the fundamentals of sales, client relationship management, and operational efficiency. With consistent performance and leadership development, you’ll move through a merit-based system that prepares you to build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team and business unit. This role is ideal for ambitious self-starters who are eager to build a career in business ownership, sales leadership, and team development, while benefitting from mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product/service presentations, client enrollment, and campaign strategy by engaging with customers directly to provide a personalized experience
  • Learn, execute, and teach others consultative sales techniques to acquire new customers in a needs-based model, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit by taking initiative in daily operations and leading team members to success through coaching and development
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to improve business performance, sharpen individual skillsets, and hone in on areas for improvement
  • Shadow management staff to learn business development tactics, financial management skills, and organizational growth processes

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • 0-2 years experience in a leadership role (self-employment counts), sales, customer relations, or retail is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional individuals able to excel in a client-facing role
  • A demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, or personal business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
