Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Junior Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in civil and construction engineering while supporting a variety of infrastructure projects. The Junior Engineer will assist with planning, design, inspection, and project management tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Support project scheduling by updating timelines, tracking milestones, and preparing reports using Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Assist with preparing construction documents, schematics, and engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other drafting software
- Participate in construction management activities, including site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance
- Assist in designing systems for water treatment, wastewater management, and hydraulic projects using Mathcad, HECRAS, or other engineering tools
- Conduct land surveying tasks and collect GIS data using ArcGIS or similar platforms to support planning and analysis
- Help prepare construction estimates by gathering material, labor, and equipment cost data using standard estimating techniques
- Support project engineers with technical writing, including reports, calculations, and project documentation
- Assist with geotechnical engineering evaluations and pipeline infrastructure design
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals and technical standards are achieved
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction management principles and project scheduling software
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or equivalent
- Exposure to GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or similar systems
- Understanding of hydraulics, water/wastewater treatment processes, and geotechnical engineering fundamentals
- Experience with construction inspections and safety protocols is a plus
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to perform technical calculations using Mathcad or other tools
- Effective communication skills, including technical writing and teamwork
