Appliance & Simple Install Technician (Entry-Level – Paid Training Provided) Wheeling, WV / St. Clairsville, OH (Ohio Valley Area) We are hiring for an entry-level Installer to run local installation routes in the Wheeling and St. Clairsville area. No prior installation experience is required. Full on-the-job training is provided and required. This is a hands-on field position working in residential homes installing appliances and completing common household installations as part of a daily routed schedule. What you’ll be doing: Install built-in appliances including: Dishwashers Wall ovens / built-in ovens Cooktops Over-the-range microwaves Perform simple residential installations such as: Faucets Garbage disposals Light fixtures Ceiling fans Toilets Vanities Perform complete installations from start to finish in customer homes Ensure proper fit, leveling, mounting, and safe operation Follow installation standards and complete jobs independently once trained Work directly in customers’ homes with professionalism and attention to detail What we’re looking for: Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn a skilled trade Comfortable working with tools and in residential environments Able to follow training and eventually work independently without supervision Must live within 30 minutes of Wheeling / St. Clairsville (local routes only) Dependable transportation for daily routes Strong work ethic and consistency matter more than experience Training: Paid on-the-job training provided Ride-along and hands-on training with experienced installers After training, expected to operate fully self-sufficient in the field Schedule: Monday–Friday routes available Occasional Saturday work depending on volume Local work only (Wheeling / St. Clairsville and surrounding Ohio Valley area) Pay: Competitive per-job pay Weekly pay Pay increases based on performance, speed, and reliability Why this role is different: This is a structured entry-level training position designed to develop fully independent installers. Once trained, you will run daily routes completing appliance and simple residential installations as part of a consistent workload. Reliable workers will have long-term opportunity for increased volume and growth as the region expands.

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per day
