Mission III Management, a sales and business consulting firm in Houston, is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our AT&T Residential team. The Entry Level Account Manager will connect with homeowners, introduce AT&T's cell phones, wireless devices, and internet solutions, and manage accounts with care.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will learn the ins and outs of account management and sales. The Entry Level Account Manager will receive mentorship, engage in face-to-face customer interactions, and develop the skills needed to manage accounts and drive sales for AT&T.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Listen closely during face-to-face visits to uncover Houston household pain points, then position AT&T internet or wireless devices as practical fixes that naturally lead to sales.
- Use simple visuals or quick demos in-person to show how wireless devices and AT&T internet work together, making sales explanations clear and memorable.
- Guide new clients through account activation step-by-step during home visits, ensuring a smooth start that encourages referral-based sales.
- Capture key details from initial chats to personalize future outreach, so AT&T follow-ups feel thoughtful and advance residential sales with care.
- Recognize when a household is ready to upgrade and gently present AT&T options that solve today's needs while planting seeds for future sales.
- Close each interaction with appreciation and a clear takeaway, ensuring Houston families feel heard and excited about their next sales step with AT&T.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in account management, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required.
- Keeps customer profiles, plan details, and follow‑up actions organized to maintain clean, accurate account records.
- Shows up with a dependable, approachable presence suited for daily in‑person conversations with residents.
- Motivated to learn AT&T systems, account workflows, and sales techniques through structured training and mentorship
Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
