This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build hands-on accounting experience. What You’ll Do

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and operational analysis
• Help organize and improve accounting and administrative processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Work across departments to support day-to-day business operations
• Jump into projects and problems with a willingness to learn on the job

Important to Know

This is not a heavily layered corporate environment with extensive formal training programs. Success in this role will require initiative, curiosity, and the ability to work through challenges while continuing to learn and grow.

At the same time, you will not be left completely on your own. You will receive guidance and support from our external CPA firm on accounting best practices, as well as direct exposure to the business owner to learn the company’s internal processes and operations.

The environment is demanding, and even experienced professionals have struggled here. We are intentionally looking for someone with fresh energy, curiosity, and determination — someone willing to challenge old ways of doing things and help build better processes moving forward.

Compensation & Growth

The compensation range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience, technical ability, and overall fit. Candidates with strong internships, advanced Excel skills, ERP exposure, or demonstrated initiative may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
