About the Job:

The Founder (Enriquez De Jesus) is the head underwriter at Purpose Fund who has worked with business owners such as Greg Selkoe, Guy Holiday and has funded over $20M in his career. His goal is not only providing funding to business owners but provide them with education and the most unique funding options in the industry so they’re clients for life.

Job Purpose:

Handles incoming calls, emails, and text messages from both prospective and current clients, directing each inquiry to the appropriate department (Sales, Retention, Underwriting, SBA).

Manages the submission process by sending files to partners to secure offers and preparing all necessary funding documents.

Coordinates syndicate communications, including sending funding amounts, updating tracking sheets, and setting up ACH debits.

Maintains and organizes the calendar, ensuring all meetings and scheduling are up to date and running smoothly.

Job Duties:

Job duties include deal tracking and follow-up, customer service ("customer wowing"), appointment setting, having high energy, and having a coachable attitude.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all responsibilities. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Technically proficient with the ability to quickly learn and navigate systems, paired with sound professional judgment and strong emotional intelligence when interacting with clients and internal teams.

Consistently follows up on outstanding items, including SBA documentation and credit repair progress, to keep processes moving forward smoothly.

Compensation?

You will earn up to $31,200 per year with much room for advancement and promotion.
