Accounting/Administrative Clerk

Job Description

Entry Level Position requiring professional mannered skills to provide excellent customer service. General office duties include phone, filing, supply inventory, accounts receivable, data entry. Must have excellent math skills, very detail oriented, maturity, stability in work/home balance and able to multi task efficiently in order to meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft programs. Knowing Service Autopilot program is a plus. Will train.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Holidays off - unpaid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 per year
