Job Description
The Entry-Level Administrative Professional – Operations & Office Support (Remote) is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day business operations. This role supports internal teams through organization, coordination, and execution of key processes, enabling them to focus on high-impact work. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in how modern remote organizations function. You’ll work across teams, manage operational responsibilities, and help improve administrative and office support processes.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Team Support
Provide daily administrative and operational support to internal teams
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
Help coordinate internal handoffs, documentation, and follow-ups to keep teams aligned
Maintain organized workflows and consistent processes across departments
Office & Process Coordination
Update and manage internal documents, trackers, and shared resources
Support onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation
Assist with reporting, data entry, and recordkeeping
Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a dependable point of contact for internal requests and operational needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with remote team members
Work with multiple departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Systems & Data Management
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and tools
Support file organization, data tracking, and process documentation
Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
About The Ideal Candidate
0–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles (internships included)
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM or internal systems is a plus but not required
