Job Description
We have been in the customized computer business for over 20 years, providing services to Federal and State Government all across the country.
We are looking for an entry level administrative assistant/office work candidate with the following:
Available to work day time hours (9-5)
Should be a team player and a fast learner
Prior relevant work experience as administrative preferred. Comfortable making phone calls and doing marketing work if needed. Marketing experience is a plus. Experience in talking to customers on the phone is required.
Some expertise in purchasing and sales will be a plus.
Computer skills; Word, Excel, QuickBooks and internet knowledge is a plus.
Must have good communication skills, fluent in English and positive attitude.
Shall be able to work independently and represent the CEO.
