Preschool Receptionist / Teacher Assistant
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 6:15 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication.
- Assist families with registration, enrollment, and tuition payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Support teachers in classrooms as needed throughout the day.
- Serve as a substitute teacher when classroom staff are absent.
- Assist with supervision of students and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Complete daily closing procedures and ensure the school is properly secured at the end of each day.
- Help keep classrooms and common areas organized and prepared for the following school day.
- Perform other administrative and classroom support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who is dependable and flexible.
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
