How to Get Started:

Apply now. We’ll support you through the licensing process, provide access to our training resources once licensed, and help you launch your new career in real estate with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Attend 1 week In-Person Orientation and complete 90 day Launch Program
• Assist buyers and sellers through all steps of the real estate process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and consultations
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Prepare and present offers and contracts
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and vendor services
• Market listings through MLS, social media, and team systems
• Stay informed on local market trends and pricing
• Use CRM and team tools for follow-up and organization
• Attend in person team trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions
