Entry Level: AP/AR Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level AP/AR Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments efficiently using accounting software.
• Manage invoicing clients and tracking outstanding balances.
• Perform data entry with precision, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist with account reconciliation activities, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Collaborate with team members on process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, and double entry bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic math skills combined with strong organizational abilities to support account analysis and reconciliation tasks.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
