Radianta is a sales and development firm that is expanding its sales team and seeking an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate to represent AT&T Fiber in Wichita. By helping customers explore their connectivity options and complete enrollment steps, the Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate contributes to meaningful sales progress while strengthening long-term community connections.

As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll utilize our sales training to deliver a personal touch to AT&T Fiber’s customers. You will connect with customers to assess their needs and drive sales by offering the most effective internet bundles. Our sales training ensures the Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate can handle every sales interaction with a focus on trust, clarity, and friendly service.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate

  • Connect with customers during neighborhood sales outreach to introduce AT&T Fiber in an approachable way.
  • Break down internet plan differences using simple comparisons that support confident sales decisions.
  • Assist customers with basic enrollment steps and ensure they understand what to expect with their fiber installation.
  • Track household needs, interest levels, and follow‑ups to maintain a reliable fiber sales pipeline.
  • Identify when a home could benefit from upgraded speeds or additional AT&T Fiber services.
  • Work with Entry Level AT&T Sales Associates to ensure consistent communication and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate

  • Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new promotions, offers, and AT&T Fiber updates.
  • Dependable and punctual, with the professionalism needed to represent AT&T.
  • Strong listening skills to understand household needs and match them with the right AT&T Fiber plan.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
