Pacific Coast Closers is a sales and business consulting firm partnering with AT&T to expand access to reliable, high-speed fiber internet throughout the Canoga Park area. We are hiring a Full Time Sales Specialist to help educate local households on the benefits of AT&T Fiber and support customers in choosing the best connectivity solutions for their needs. As a Full Time Sales Specialist , you’ll learn how AT&T wireless and internet works, why it outperforms traditional cable, and how to explain its reliability and speed in simple, clear terms.

In this role, the Full Time Sales Specialist will speak with residents, answer questions about fiber technology, and guide customers through available plans, features, and upgrade options. You’ll receive hands-on training in customer communication, product knowledge, and field sales, ensuring you’re confident in helping customers understand important factors like symmetrical upload/download speeds, consistent performance, and dependable service for work, school, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Sales Specialist

  • Assist sales associates with customer inquiries, service activations, upgrades, and account updates focused on AT&T Fiber.
  • Document customer interactions and follow‑ups in CRM systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and streamlined account management.
  • Learn to identify household needs and recommend AT&T Fiber packages that maximize speed, reliability, and bundled value.
  • Support account lifecycle processes, including billing adjustments and troubleshooting under supervision, to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in structured training programs covering AT&T Fiber product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze performance metrics, share insights, and contribute to quarterly sales initiatives tied to AT&T Fiber growth.

What We’re Looking For in a Full Time Sales Specialist

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Interest in sales, customer support, or account management, with motivation to grow in telecommunications and subscription‑based internet services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and clearly present AT&T Fiber solutions.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital tools, and reporting systems to document accounts, track metrics, and streamline operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
